A Multi-Layered Quality Assurance Process
1. In Process Quality Check
Continuous inspections help our team identify and address issues in real time. At each stage of production, our teams verify that components, wiring, labeling, and assembly steps meet industry-defined standards.
2. Receiving Inspection
Quality starts before production begins. The Design Ready Controls team performs thorough reviews of components and materials upon receipt. By verifying each part meets specifications and is free from defects, we prevent problems early and protect the integrity of the control panel.
3. Final Quality Check
Before any control panel leaves our facility, it completes a final inspection and testing process. This step ensures the finished product meets:
- All customer requirements
- Design Ready Controls’ internal standards
- Relevant industry and safety standards
Only after passing these checks is a control panel approved for shipment.
4. Quality Engineering Reviews
Detailed evaluations and validation of new products and processes by our quality engineering team to ensure manufacturability, reliability, and adherence to quality benchmarks. These reviews help ensure that new designs are robust, repeatable, and ready for scalable production.
