APE automates the order process from inquiry to
remittance. Customers access your company’s website and are presented with a
form where they can select features they desire in your product. Within seconds
the APE software produces a quote, and once approved, APE again takes over. The
software creates real-time submittal drawings based on the customer’s desired
options and can send the drawings via Email for customer approval, oftentimes
in less than 5 minutes from the time the order is received. In addition to
as-built schematics, layout drawings, and BOM, the APE system generates a
complete set of manufacturing reports including ERP input, pick lists, wire
harness reports, label reports, manufacturing work instructions, and machine
tool inputs.
